SOURCEGEN
Partner Affiliate Terms
Version v1.7-2026-10-21 · Source Generation Group LLC
1. The program
Source Generation Group LLC ("SourceGen", "we") operates the SourceGen: Learn Money app and website. Once approved, you ("Partner") receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to promote SourceGen using your personal referral code and link ("Referral Code"). You are an independent partner, not an employee, agent or representative of SourceGen.
2. How you earn
- Qualifying subscriber: a person who enters your Referral Code in the SourceGen app (or arrives through your link, which pre-fills it) and then buys a paid SourceGen subscription through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing.
- Standard rate: 12% of Net Revenue. Premium rate: 14% of Net Revenue.
- Net Revenue means the amount SourceGen actually receives for a payment after Apple's or Google's platform fee and after any refunds, reversals or chargebacks. Taxes collected by Apple or Google are not part of Net Revenue.
- 12-month term: you earn only on payments SourceGen actually receives from a qualifying subscriber, for up to 12 months counted from that subscriber's first paid payment. If the subscriber cancels, stops paying or is refunded, commission stops for the payments not received. SourceGen owes nothing for months that were not paid.
- If a subscriber upgrades or downgrades, commission applies to the amount actually paid each month. The 12-month period does not restart. If a subscriber cancels and later resubscribes, the original 12-month period keeps running.
- Premium rate eligibility: you move to the Premium rate after at least 10 of your referred subscribers exist and at least 70% of them remained subscribed through 2 consecutive calendar quarters. SourceGen may change these thresholds with notice. Premium status is based only on your own referred subscribers.
3. No commission is paid for
- Free lessons, installs, sign-ups or anything that is not a paid payment received by SourceGen.
- Fraudulent, bot-generated or incentivized install or purchase activity.
- Payments that are refunded, reversed or charged back.
- Self-referrals (using your own code or link for your own purchases, or those of your household or company).
4. Payment
- Each payment is held for 45 days after the subscriber is billed, to cover refund and dispute windows, before it becomes payable.
- Payout methods. You choose one of two methods in your partner dashboard:
- PayPal — we send your payout directly to the PayPal account email you provide.
- Wise — we send your payout directly to your local bank account. Available only for the countries listed in your dashboard, and you must provide your bank details.
- Schedule and minimum. Payouts are made quarterly (after the end of each calendar quarter) once your payable balance is at least US$100, because each transfer carries fees. We may add other payout partners over time.
- Timing: we aim to pay within 60 days after the end of the month in which a commission becomes payable (this includes the 45-day hold above and the time the app stores take to pay SourceGen).
- Balances roll over. If your balance is below the minimum, it carries forward and keeps accumulating for as long as you remain an active partner.
- Payout availability. Payout methods differ by country and may change. If we cannot pay your country through a supported method, we will tell you, your commissions will continue to accrue, and we may pay through any method that works for both of us. SourceGen does not guarantee that a particular payout method is available in your country.
- Deadline to set up payment. You must have a working payout method and a completed tax form on file within 12 months after your first commission becomes payable. If you do not, the unpaid balance may be forfeited.
- Fees. Payments are made in US dollars. Fees charged by the method you choose (PayPal or Wise), by any other payout partner, by your bank, or for currency conversion are deducted from your payout or are your responsibility.
- What payment information we store.
- PayPal: we store only the PayPal email address you give us.
- Wise: we store the bank details you enter in your dashboard (such as account number or IBAN, bank or branch code, and, where your country requires them, a tax ID and address) solely to send your payout. They are kept in access-restricted storage, are never shown to other partners, never sold or shared except with Wise to complete your transfer, and you can ask us to delete them at any time by emailing info@sourcegenerationgroup.com (we may keep payout records required for tax and accounting). If you prefer not to share bank details with us, choose PayPal instead.
We never ask for your card number, PIN, online-banking password or one-time codes.
- If a payment already paid to you is later refunded or charged back, the commission on it is deducted from your next payout.
- Before your first payout you must submit a tax form (Form W-9 for US persons; Form W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E otherwise) and valid payout details. SourceGen may withhold payment until these are complete and may withhold taxes if the law requires. You are responsible for your own taxes.
5. Promotion rules
- Disclose your relationship. Clearly state, before any link or code is shown, that you earn a commission (for example "#Ad", "#SourceGenPartner", or "I earn a commission if you subscribe with my code"). In video, say it aloud and show it on screen. Do not hide it behind "more" links or in hashtag lists.
- No misleading claims. Do not promise or imply guaranteed investment returns, income, wealth, or financial independence. Do not give specific stock buy or sell advice or present SourceGen as investment advice. SourceGen is educational.
- No brand-keyword advertising. Do not bid on "SourceGen" or similar terms or domain typos in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads or any pay-per-click network. Do not register domains or social handles that imitate SourceGen.
- No spam. No mass email or SMS, automated direct messages, pop-unders, hidden frames, forced redirects or cookie stuffing. Respect the rules of each platform you use.
- You may use SourceGen's name and approved brand assets only to promote SourceGen, and only as approved. Do not imply SourceGen endorses you.
- You must comply with advertising and endorsement laws that apply to you, including the US FTC Endorsement Guides and local equivalents.
6. Applying and approval
SourceGen may approve, reject or put an application under review at its discretion. Approval is based on information you provide, including your audience and promotion plan. Information must be accurate and truthful. You may optionally verify a YouTube channel by temporarily adding a one-time code to its public description; SourceGen then reads only the public subscriber count and channel ID, stores only those, and never asks for your password or account access. Verified partners may receive priority treatment and, in future, eligibility for additional program features.
7. Ending the relationship
Either party may end participation at any time. SourceGen may suspend or end your participation, forfeit unpaid commissions, and take legal action if you breach these terms (for example misleading claims, brand bidding, spam or fraud). Commissions earned on payments received before termination and not otherwise forfeited remain payable under Section 4.
8. Program changes
SourceGen may update these terms, the rates or the program. We will give notice of material changes, which apply to payments received after the change. Continuing to promote after notice means you accept the updated terms.
9. Records and electronic signature
You agree to sign and receive these terms electronically. When you type your full legal name and submit the application, you intend that to be your signature. SourceGen records the terms version, your acceptance, date and time, and technical details (such as IP address) as proof of acceptance.
9A. Language
SourceGen may update these terms; the version you accept is recorded with your application. Translated versions of this page are machine-generated for convenience only. The English version is the one that governs.
10. Liability and law
The program is provided as is. SourceGen is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to commissions payable to you under these terms. These terms are governed by the same governing law and dispute terms as the SourceGen Terms of Service.
